High Precision FOG North Seeker with 0°~360° Measurement Range and 3min North Seeking Time
Description de produit
High Precision FOG North Seeker
The FOG north seeker is designed for rapid, autonomous determination of true north direction. Utilizing high-precision fiber optic gyroscope technology, it measures the Earth's rotational speed and calculates the angle between the gyroscope's main axis and true north, providing accurate azimuth information for carriers. This system operates independently of satellite signals, delivering reliable true north references in enclosed or complex environments.
The ER-FNS-02 series single-axis FOG north seeker integrates a high-precision single-axis fiber optic gyroscope, precision rotation mechanism, digital signal processing unit, and supporting mechanical components.
Applications
High-precision geodetic surveying: Topographic mapping in remote areas (mountainous regions, deserts), terrain surveying in areas without satellite signals, orientation calibration of geodetic control points, replacing traditional optical theodolites
Precision equipment calibration: Installation and calibration of radar antennas and satellite receiving antennas, ensuring equipment reference axis alignment with true north direction
Precise measurement experiments: Directional reference for quantum physics and astrophysics experiments, ensuring experimental setup stability and data accuracy
Tunnel engineering: Precise orientation of tunnel boring machines (TBM), particularly for long-distance tunnels (high-speed rail tunnels, urban subways), controlling excavation direction in underground enclosed environments to prevent deviations
